Who We Are

Daniel Koch has been involved in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years. Koch worked for MCI Communications as a National Account Representative; managing some of the largest Boston based major accounts including Harvard University, Bose, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. With the advent of VoIP, Koch re-focused on building VoIP platforms and leading the sales effort for VoIP based services in the early 2000’s, resulting in exponential growth in subscriber base and broad wholesale distribution of VoIP based offerings. Koch is an expert in wired and wireless technologies and his vision will direct the goals and future plans of 382 Communications. Koch holds a B.A. in international business and marketing from George Washington University.

Scott Campbell brings more than 20 years of telecommunications and sales experience to the leadership team, and plays a key role in developing and expanding 382’s relationships within the industry. He is tasked with developing and expanding relationships with traditional and emerging communications providers in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to 382, Campbell served as a major account manager for Allegiance Telecom, a Texas-based provider of local, long distance, wireless, internet, and data services. Campbell’s solid background in telecommunications technology and services was acquired during his 20-year career in the U.S. Army. During that time, he served as a radio operator with the 82nd Airborne Division, as a mobile subscriber equipment operator/programmer, and in numerous communications positions requiring high-level security clearance. Campbell earned a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Maryland overseas program in Frankfurt, Germany. He is also a former member of the prestigious U.S. Army’s elite parachute team, the Golden Knights.

Fred Wemyss has been at the forefront of software development and infrastructure delivery for the telecommunications industry for over 20 years. An authoritative expert in a wide array of programming languages and telecommunications protocols, Wemyss oversees all technical aspects of 382’s network and related mission-critical administrative support and network monitoring systems.

John Skinner’s career as a senior financial professional includes varied experience in a number of different industries, including over 20 years in telecommunications. A nationally recognized expert in telecommunications revenue assurance and risk management, Skinner oversees 382’s financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, billing, accounting, treasury, tax, auditing, and revenue assurance. Skinner holds a master’s degree in business administration from W. Carolina University, a bachelor’s degree in business administration from North Carolina State University, a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bentley University, and is a certified public accountant. Skinner is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
